Dairy Free Cheese (Yep & it's YUM!)

So it's happened - Chloe has learned how to say "Chicken nuggets" and it seems that it is ALL she is willing to say when she's hungry! She says it in such a super cute way but boy do I wish that she hadn't learned it.... (Surprisingly) Instant Chia Pudding

It happened - my first real struggle with my new choice to be vegan. Of course it was my sweet tooth causing the problem - I wanted chocolate and I wanted it bad! I was a bit grumpy over not really having anything in the house to deal with the chocolate craving so I got ready to make some chocolate chia puddings for the next day (can't say I don't learn from my mistakes!).
