Quick Relief Caps

If you are needing some quick relief from seasonal or environmental threats especially around the change of seasons then this is a great way to get some! This is a "go-to" in our house, and we are back to using it daily 🙌🏻 . This combo is cooling, soothing and balancing both internally and externally and promotes clear breathing and respiratory function. I use 2-3 drops of each in a veggie cap and take with a glass of water. Cool Down Spray DIY

It's Summer here in Perth and it's hot! Not much we can do about the weather but we can feel a little less overwhelmed by the heat with this simple DIY Cool Down Spray! This contains 3 ingredients and they are all natural of course! Peppermint Essential Oil is cooling and calming and Lavender Essential Oil is soothing.
